Dinner at The Headlands
Dinner at the headlands begins in the great room, where our courteous servers will greet and invite you to start with one of our light, locally inspired hors d'oeuvres. Enjoy the breath taking view of the evening coast from our cozy and inviting lounge over a glass of BC wine or a beer from our local brewery while our kitchen team put the finishing touches on the meal to come. Our gourmet dinners feature locally-sourced salmon, halibut, tuna, and Dungeness crab from local fisherman, Lutz Zilliken, of West Pacific Seafoods.
Our chefs lovingly plate and present an array of exquisitely textured and inspired salads, featuring the freshest Vancouver Island produce and cheeses, along with fresh baked bread and our hot and hearty entrees. Sit back and enjoy the warm and inviting ambience of our intimate dining room while the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean and our friendly service team takes care of you like you are family.
We are currently offering a different selection of locally inspired meals from Tuesday to Saturday each week.
Breakfast at Middle Beach Lodge
Our complimentary deluxe continental breakfast buffet, served at both The Lodge at The Beach and The Lodge at The Headlands, features croissants, muffins and brioche cinnamon buns, baked in-house by our staff, along with an assortment of jams and preserves from Mrs. Jones James, located in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereals, ham, cheese, fresh whole fruit and assorted juices are also available along with a selection of teas and coffee from locally owned and operate Rhino Coffee House. Gluten free items are also available upon request.
